Bon Courage x Diamond Days

Bon Courage – celebrated Vice Bundeschampion 2019!In 2022 he has proven his TOP QUALITY siring power with outstanding sons licensed for breeding.

In his first competition season, Bon Courage showed consistent quality. After winning his first-ever riding horse test, he qualified for the final of the Hanoverian Championship in Verden. He then received the nomination for the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf.

He and his rider – Jessica Lynn-Thomas. Did a super job. As winners of the final qualification, they received grades of 9.0 and better. The couple was able to improve again on the Sunday finale. As in the preliminary test, the stallion’s rideability and training were rated 9.5. The gallop and walk were each awarded 9.0, the trot even 9.5. The pair won the silver medal of the three-year-old stallions in 2019 with 9.3.

Bon Courage thus confirms the high expectations that he had raised at the licensing in Verden. As one of the darlings of the public, he was featured there as a premium stallion and described as “an exceptional guy, a beaming man with a lot of harmony in the body. Its quality of movement leaves nothing to be desired.

Of modern type, with a pedigree made for dressage and three exceptional basic gaits. These qualities are no coincidence and are based on the best dressage genes: Father Bon Coeur was the winner in the 30-day test in Schlieckau, with a final score of 9.1 and a remarkable breeding value of 150 index points. After multiple victories in riding horse competitions, the title of Hanoverian champion followed, twice he became vice-champion in Warendorf and immediately
produced 15 licensed stallions from his first year.

Dam’s sire, Vivaldi, enchanted the masses across Europe and provided, among other things, 2018 the top price of the Verden stallion market. Vivaldi himself captivates with charm and incredible mechanics, which has been awarded several times with the grade 10.0. He was reserve winner of his HLP and won the Pavo Cup of five-year-old dressage horses under Hans Peter Minderhoud / NED in 2007. Vivaldi is promoted to the advanced class and has over 25 licensed sons in Germany alone.

Great-grandfather Rohdiamant has firmly established itself among the world’s best rideability sires. His own career was full of highlights: licensing winner, double federal champion, main premium winner and Grand Prix winner under Lisa M. Wilcox / USA. He produced over 50 licensed sons and numerous internationally successful offspring.

Le Formidable x Fantine's Aria

LE FORMIDABLE: Stallion 2016 Black 1.71m, KWPN 528003201605775 Stb. D-OC ,WFFS-free – Lic.: HANN, OLDBG, KWPN – Champion Hengstenkeuring 2019

This is a charming, well-bred, and intelligent young stallion. His first foal crop has astonished some and impressed many! The consistency of type and movement is obvious. He is a tall, elegant type with medium caliber. NEWS!! The foals being born in the U.S. surpass expectations!

There wasn't any doubt that Le Formidable (by Bordeaux x Ferro x De Niro) would take the Champion title at his 2019 Stallion licensing, and so he did. Bred and owned by Saskia Poel, the black is also listed as co-owned by Karel Gerrits.

"Without disrespecting the other stallions, we can say that Le Formidable was the clear champion. He has so much nobility and elegance, moves with much balance and power from the hindleg. It was a pure joy," said licensing committee chair Bert Rutten.

His sire, BORDEAUX, was the winner of the KWPN licensing in 2009, then won the stallion performance test in Ermelo. In 2012 he placed fourth with Eva Moeller in the final of the world championships for six year old dressage horses in Verden. In winter 2012 and 2013 Bordeaux qualified with victories in the KWPN stallion series. Under Moeller, Bordeaux was trained to developing grand prix- level and represented Norway at the 2017 European championship under Isabell Freese-Bache.

The dam line of Le Formidable consists of the most outstanding and influential bloodlines a stallion could hold. His dam Vienna holds an elite status and is the dam of licensed stallion Four legends and multiple elite mares.

Shu Fu x Quartana

2021 Weltmeyer Prize recipient

Shu Fu was discovered at the German Sport Horse stallion days in 2020 and he sold at auction for 180,00 EUR. He is a modern stallion with three exceptional basic gaits and a sought-after pedigree containing top dressage genes. Father Sezuan was a five, six and seven-year-old world champion of the young dressage horses and is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after dressage stallions of the present
day.

On the breeding stage, the qualities that have led to Sezuan's own successes as DWB champion, record Stallion Performance test winner and Danish dressage horse champion, are passed onto his offspring. He produced two-time record Stallion Performance test winner Sezuan's Donnerhall, the runner-up dressage horse world champion and Bundeschampion Secret, the dressage horses World Champions Queenparks Wendy and the Oldenburg reserve winner stallion So Perfect, to name a few.

Shu Fu's sire, Fuerst Heinrich, was champion stallion in 2001 at his 30-day test, champion of the four-year-old main premium stallions at the Oldenburg Award in 2002, and celebrated World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in Verden in 2003. Within a few years he developed into an absolute star sire with almost 50 licensed stallions and over 100 state premium mares.

With Weltmeyer and Donnerhall in the third and fourth generation, Shu Fu blood combines two other legendary stamp stallions.

Shu Fu goes back to the mare line of the Suse which brought, among others, the stallions Prince Samarant, Videostar and Dark Sensation. Some successful sports horses out of this line are the S dressage horses Fontainebleau (by Fidermark) and Donovan (by Don Vino), as well as, numerous showjumping horses like Corey Z by Chellano Z (Int. 1.40m), Shaqiri (Int. 1.40m) and Stakkata (Int. 1.45m) by Stakkato.

In his 50-day test in Schlieckau, Shu Fu impressed the judges especially in the gallop where he was described as a "galloping machine" and thus received a 10.0. An 8.0 for walk and trot and a 9.0 for his interior values and rideability, leaving an overall impression of 9.0. The foreign test riders, Phillip Hess and Tessa Frank (in the intermediate test), also awared Shu Fu a 9.5 for rideability. In addition, Shu Fu showed himself to be confident in jumping (8.5) and in the end he achieved a weighted dressage-emphasized final score of 8.84.
