BIG updates & NEW mare announcement!

Well, what a summer! Hot hot hot with loads of humidity meant lots of baths and praying that embryo's stayed in place. We are expecting a Fabregas x Fidertanz, a Secret x Diamond Hit and stay tuned to hear about our final pregnancy ....

We just returned from the Hanoverian inspection in PEI. A stressful and exciting time. Both babies stuck to their moms, but received good comments. Our filly Dante Eclipse, was presented with the Gold award. We know she is capable of much more movement, but were pleased either way. Check out the wow video of Luna below.

Our Finest colt did very well, being the youngest foal there. The inspectors really liked him, and if he were a month older, I believe he would have been in the call back ring as well. He is SO well behaved, a real charmer, and will make someone the partner of a life time. Fin's for sale - message me for more info!

The news we've been dieing to share with you. In May, we purchased a new Hanoverian mare. She had her first foal by Trakehner stallion Morricone, and spent the summer being re-bred. We tried several frozen semen stallions to no avail. Poor/dead semen, extreme heat, infections, all plagued our attempts. We are excited to announce that she is confirmed, today, in foal to the superb ex-Celle state stud, Rascalino (Rotspon / Velten Third). This mare comes from a breeder I've followed for years, I loved this mare's dam to pieces, and desperately wanted a foal from her. And here we have it, please welcome Havannah FH (Hotline x EM Sandro Hit x Bolero). A 2013 Hanoverian filly, with superb movement, a phenomenal pedigree full of stallions and GP horses, a can't be beat temperament. We are incredibly thrilled and excited to meet this mare. Many thanks to Eliza Rutherford of Foxwood Hanoverians in Vermont for selling Havannah to us. I know she will fit right on in!
